Senior US IT Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities
• Manage 15–25 concurrent US IT requisitions across industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Retail, and Manufacturing.
• Execute the complete recruitment lifecycle — from job parsing and sourcing to screening, submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source high-quality candidates using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, and proprietary ATS databases.
• Recruit for niche and high-demand technology roles including Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Architects (AWS/Azure/GCP), SAP/Salesforce Consultants, DevOps Engineers, and QA Automation Engineers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across visa categories: H-1B, H-4 EAD, GC (all stages), US Citizen, OPT/CPT, and TN.
• Understand and negotiate tax terms: W2 (Full-time & Hourly), C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and 1099 Independent Contractor.
• Coordinate with immigration attorneys and clients on H-1B transfers, LCA filings, and work authorization queries.
• Develop and manage a network of sub-vendors and independent consultants for bench sales and C2C placements.
• Work closely with account managers to understand client SOWs, job descriptions, and billing structures.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, submission status, and client feedback in ATS tools (Bullhorn, Ceipal, or JobDiva).
• Meet and exceed weekly submission targets and quarterly placement KPIs.
• Mentor junior recruiters on Boolean sourcing techniques, compliance norms, and US staffing best practices.
Requirements
Mandatory
• 3–6 years of experience in US IT staffing / technical recruitment for the North American market.
• Strong proficiency in Boolean search, X-Ray search, and advanced sourcing strategies across job boards and social platforms.
• Hands-on experience with at least one ATS/CRM tool: Bullhorn, Ceipal, JobDiva, Greenhouse, or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of US work visa categories (H-1B, GC, EAD, OPT/CPT, TN, L1) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Ability to technically evaluate candidates for IT roles including Java, Python, .NET, AWS/Azure, SAP, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, and Cybersecurity.
• Strong communication skills in English — both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in US time zones (EST / CST / PST overlap shifts).
Good to Have
• Experience with MSP/VMS-driven accounts (Fieldglass, Beeline, Ariba, or similar).
• Knowledge of US employment law, staffing compliance, and EEOC guidelines.
• Familiarity with Tier-1 and Prime Vendor staffing relationships.
• Certifications such as CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) by ASA or LinkedIn Recruiter certification.
