Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using PHP (Laravel) and modern front-end frameworks
- Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end integration
- Develop responsive, pixel-perfect UIs using Tailwind CSS and Vue.js
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into functional web interfaces
- Architect and optimize relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for performance and scalability
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external web services
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams across planning, development, and deployment cycles
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar)
- Ensure application security following OWASP and industry best practices
- Contribute to technical documentation, system architecture, and sprint planning
- Collaborate with React or Angular teams when cross-framework integration is required
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in full-stack PHP development
- Strong hands-on expertise in Laravel framework (mandatory)
- Proficiency in RESTful API design, development, and integration (mandatory)
- Strong command of Tailwind CSS for responsive UI development (mandatory)
- Solid experience with Vue.js for front-end development (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of React.js or Angular (preferred/good to have)
- Proficiency in MySQL / PostgreSQL — schema design and query optimization
- Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and SOLID principles
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control workflows
- Familiarity with Docker, Linux environments, and cloud deployments
- Knowledge of web security — OWASP, XSS, CSRF, SSL
- Experience with Inertia.js or Livewire is a plus
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
