Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new retainer clients in the US and European IT staffing market targeting mid-market companies (50500 employees) in preferably Energy, Utilities, BFSI, and Healthcare sectors
- Own the full sales cycle: LinkedIn outbound, cold outreach, discovery calls, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and onboarding handoff to the delivery team
- Build and manage a pipeline of 30+ active prospects at any time, tracked in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho)
- Position NES Technologies' retainer model to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, IT Directors, and Procurement heads in US/EU companies
- Partner with MSPs, IT consultancies, and staffing platforms (Toptal, Turing, Upwork Enterprise) as channel partners to drive referral business
- Work closely with the Delivery / Talent Acquisition team to match client requirements with pre-vetted resource profiles within 4872 hours of a signed mandate
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets; report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecast
- Stay current on US/EU IT staffing market trends, competitor pricing, and client hiring patterns
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT staffing / technology recruitment sales specifically US and/or European markets
- Proven track record of independently closing new clients (hunter profile, not account management) must be able to share revenue numbers generated
- Hands-on experience with retainer, contract, or staff augmentation models (not just permanent placement)
- Comfortable working in IST evening hours (6 PM11 PM IST) to overlap with US Eastern / Central time zones for client calls
- Strong written and verbal English communication must be able to hold credible C-level conversations with US/EU clients
- Proven LinkedIn outbound experience candidate should have an active, professional LinkedIn presence with US/EU connections
- Familiarity with IT roles in at least one of these domains: Energy / Utilities, BFSI, Healthcare IT, Cloud / Cybersecurity
